Here comes the HUNGARIAN GOLDEN VISA PROGRAM

Hungary provides a special 10-year Investor Residence Permit for all third-country nationals on equal terms, if they

a) invest at least EUR 250K into a real estate fund registered by the Central Bank of Hungary,

or

b) purchase a residential property in Hungary for at least EUR 500K,

or

c) donate at least EUR 1M to a Hungarian college or university maintained by a public charity foundation.
